Contest Description

The Getjustin.com/ Martin Law Firm – SINGLE PARENT HOLIDAY PROMOTION registration period will begin on November 11, 2025, and the registration period will end on November 30, 2025. The actual event will be held on December 07, 2025.

KBXX / 979 THE BOXX and KMJQ / MAJIC 102.1 to begin announcing the Getjustin.com/Matin Law Firm, P.C. -“Single Parent Holiday Promotion”. Listeners will be eligible to win a $500 shopping spree to buy Christmas gifts and items for their children courtesy of GetJustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C., KBXX / 97.9 FM THE BOXX and KMJQ MAJIC 102.1.

How To Enter:

Step One:
Entrant must fill out the short form on the Contest Landing Page and click submit. Those submitting a fully completed short form will receive an email containing the Single Parent Holiday Promotion phone number.

Step Two:
Call the Single Parent Holiday Promotion phone number and, after the beep, record a Sixty (:60) second voice message telling us why you should be selected as one of the Forty (40) Single Parents who win the $500 gift card. All voicemails will be listened to. New winners will be selected each day. All winners can expect to be informed of their selection via phone call, SMS, or text, or email. Getjustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C. (Sponsor) reserves the right to disqualify anyone not following all contest rules.

Limitations:

Limit one entry per household. Limit to one prize per winner. Total prize value is limited to $500 per winner. Limited to 18 and older to enter and win. Limited to Houston area residents only.

Eligibility Restrictions:

Must have a valid State of Texas Photo Identification Card to claim your prize. The name on the identification card must match the name of the contest entrant. Employees or family members of sponsor and or participating radio stations and promotions partners are not eligible to participate in this contest.

Those terms and conditions include the following: You must have a valid social media account (Facebook or Instagram) that has not been suspended. Your account must be public. By entering, you agree to allow us to access certain information available through your social media account. You also agree to allow us to use and share any voice messages and content related to your entry. You understand that submitting your entry acts as consent to media our release. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may determine the eligibility or ineligibility of your entry.

Notification and Communication:

All prospective winners will be notified via email to the email account used on their original entry form. An email notification alone does not guarantee delivery of a prize. Once notified, all prospective winners must first reply, via email reply, to our notification, accepting their selection as a winner. All acceptance replies must be sent within 48 hours of the notification email being sent. A failure to respond within this timeframe may disqualify your entry. All communications will be conducted from sponsor to entrants and winners via email, SMS, or text, and via phone call. A failure to receive a communication from the sponsor does not create an exception for entrant.

Claiming of Prize:

All $500 gift cards must be claimed by the actual winner, no exceptions. The designated pick-up location for prizes will be the Single Parents Holiday Promotion Event scheduled for December 07, 2025, at a SECRET LOCATION. Sponsor will notify all winners of the specific location for pick up no less than three days before the event.

*In the event the winner cannot be onsite for the December 07, 2025, event, winner must make accommodations with Sponsor to claim their prize in person at the Law Office of the Martin Law Firm, P.C and GetJustin.com In any event, all uncollected prizes will be forfeited sixty (60) days after the final winner announcement is sent to prospective winner.
