Contest Description: The Getjustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C. – Single Parents Shopping Spree (the “Contest”) registration period will begin on November 18, 2025, and the registration period will end on December 9, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The prize will be awarded (the “Prize Award”) at an event (the “Event”) held on December 11, 2025.

K104 will begin promoting the Getjustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C- Single Parents Shopping Spree on November 18, 2025. Qualified listeners will be eligible to win a $500 shopping spree to buy Christmas gifts and items for their children courtesy of the Martin Law Firm, P.C. (“Sponsor”) and Service Broadcasting Partners, LLC, KKDA/K104” (“K104” or the “Promotions Partner”).

How To Enter:

Step One: During the Contest Period, qualified entrants must fill out the short form on the Contest landing page located at MyK104.com or GetJustin.com (collectively, the “Website”) and click submit. Entrants submitting a fully completed short form will receive an email from Sponsor containing the Single Parent Shopping Spree phone number (the “Holiday Helpline”).

Step Two: Qualified entrants must call the Holiday Helpline phone number and, after the beep, record a sixty (:60) second voice message telling Sponsor why he or she should be selected as one of the forty (40) single parents who will win a $500 gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone not following all Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor and/or Promotions Partner may continue to air the entry recordings after the end of the Contest Period.

Selection of the Winner: Sponsor will choose the winners, in its sole discretion, after listening to the submitted voice mails, whose decision will be final. One or two winners will be selected each day during the Contest Period beginning on November 18, 2025. All winners can expect to be informed of their selection via text, phone call and/or email.

Limitations: Limit one entry per household. Limit one prize per entrant. Total prize value is limited to $500 per winner.

Eligibility: Each entrant must (i) be an unmarried parent, (ii) be 18 years old and older, (iii) be a resident of Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area, and (iv) have a valid public social media account (Facebook or Instagram) that has not been suspended. Employees or family members of Sponsor and/or participating radio stations and the Promotions Partner are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may determine the eligibility or ineligibility of an entry.

Prizes: Forty (40) winners will be chosen and each will receive a $500 gift card. The actual retail value of each prize is $500 and the total retail value of all prizes is $20,000. All expenses incurred in connection with the entry or the award or use of a prize not expressly specified in these Official

Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prizes are not transferable. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Prize Claim Restrictions: Each winner must a valid State of Texas Photo Identification Card to claim his or her prize. The name on the identification card must match the name of the Contest entrant.

Winner Notification and Communication: All prospective winners will be notified via text, phone call and/or email to the email account used on their original entry form. An email notification alone does not guarantee delivery of a prize. Once notified, all prospective winners must first reply, via email reply, to Sponsor’s notification, accepting their selection as a winner. All acceptance replies must be sent within forty-eight (48) hours of notification email being sent. A failure to respond within this timeframe will disqualify your entry. All communications will be conducted from Sponsor to entrants and winners via text, phone call and/or via phone call. A failure to receive a communication from Sponsor does not create an exception for entrant.

Claiming of Prize: All $500 gift cards must be claimed by the actual winner, no exceptions. The designated pick-up location for prizes for the Contest will be at the Event, scheduled for December 11, 2025, at a SECRET LOCATION. Sponsor will notify all winners of the specific location for pick up no less than three (3) days before the Event.

In the event the winner cannot be onsite for the December 11, 2025 event, the winner must make accommodation with Sponsor to claim his or her prize in person at the Law Office of the Getjustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C. In any event, all uncollected prizes will be forfeited sixty (60) days after final winner announcement is sent to prospective winner.

Taxes: All income, sales, use, withholding and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of the award of a prize and any other fees or costs associated with acceptance and use of a prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. It is the winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a prize. Winners may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of a prize.

Abide By Rules: By entering, each entrant agrees to all terms and conditions and these Official Rules pertaining to the Getjustin.com/Martin Law Firm, P.C. Single Parents Shopping Spree. This Contest is not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram in any way. This Contest is not sponsored by any of manufacturers of the prospective gifts depicted on the Website. Each entrant’s account must be public.

Contact: By entering, each entrant agrees to allow Sponsor and/or the Promotions Partner to access certain information available through his or her social media account. Each entrant also agrees to allow Sponsor and/or the Promotions Partner to use and share any voice messages and content related to an entry. Each entrant understands that submitting his or her entry acts as consent to such access, use and release.

Use of Information: By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to and gives Sponsor and its affiliates, the Promotions Partner and any other party authorized by Sponsor, the unrestricted, absolute, perpetual, worldwide right and license, but not the obligation, (i) to use entrant’s name,

address, photograph, likeness, entry voice recording, voice, biographical and personal background information and statements, entry and related content and any notes, photograph, film or video or audio tape that may be taken of the entrant or of such materials (the foregoing, collectively, the “Likeness”), without further compensation, consideration, review, approval or notice to the entrant or to any third party, and (ii) to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Likeness or any part thereof, whether alone or in combination with other materials (including, but not limited to, text, data, images, photographs, illustrations and graphics and video or audio segments of any nature), in any media or embodiment now known or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, any format of any computer-based, internet-based, electronic, magnetic, digital, laser or optical-based media), in connection with any of Sponsor’s, or the Promotions Partner’s (or their designee’s) advertising, publicity, trade, sweepstakes, giveaway or contests activities or materials (the “Promotional Materials”) for an unlimited number of times, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant waives any right to inspect or approve any Promotional Materials including or accompanying the Likeness. Each entrant further releases Sponsor and the Promotions Partner from any liability or obligation that may arise as a result of the use of the Likeness, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of his or her right of publicity, and defamation (including libel and slander). Each entrant understands that the entire compensation for use of the Likeness is entry in the contest, and each entrant waives any right to residual income, royalties and any other income payment or any other benefit, which might otherwise accrue from the use of the Likeness.

Indemnity/Release: Each entrant indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor and the Promotions Partner and their owners, directors, managers, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any damage, liability or loss of any kind or nature to persons, including death or property, resulting in whole or in part, or arising from, directly or indirectly, or in connection with the Contest or the award, acceptance, use, misuse, failure or inability to use, possession or loss of any prizes or any prize-related activity. Each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all liability, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses of any nature, including, without limitation, personal property and personal injury damages arising out of participation in the contest, prize acceptance, use, misuse, failure or inability to use, loss or possession of any prize, participation in any prize-related activity and for all claims based on rights of publicity, personality, privacy or loss of enjoyment, moral rights, defamation or prize delivery. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will any entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or the prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTIONS PARTNER IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF

THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. VENUE FOR ANY ACTION SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS, TEXAS.
