GETJUSTIN.COM – GET THE GIFT HOLIDAY SHOPPING SPREE SWEEPSTAKES
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

| Promotion Period: | The Promotion begins on Monday, November 24, 2025, and ends on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

| Eligibility: | This Promotion is only open to those persons who are legal residents of the United States, residing within the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area, and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the commencement of the Promotion Period. |
| Entry Methods: | There are two (2) Entry Methods: Eligible participants may register for this Promotion On-Air or Online.

| Entry Period: | On-Air Entries:
The Stations shall accept On-Air Entries every day from Monday, November 24, 2025, through Sunday, December 7, 2025, (the “On-Air Entry Period”).
Online Entries: Online Entries shall ONLY be accepted via the KZMJ-FM website at www.majic945.com. KZMJ-FM shall accept Online Entries from Monday, November 24, 2025, through 11:59PM CT on Sunday, December 7, 2025, (the “Online Entry Period”). All Online Entries must be received by 11:59PM CT on Sunday, December 7, 2025, or they shall be void.

| Entry Information: | On-Air Registration:
During the On-Air Entry Period, eligible participants may enter this Promotion by listening to the Stations’ broadcasts for the Get the Gift Sounder (the “Sounder”) to be played. The Sounder will be played (7) times per day, per Station, in the following hours: 9:00AM, 10:00AM, 11:00AM,12:00PM, 1:00PM, 2:00PM, and 8:00PM CT. Upon hearing the Sounder, be the designated 9th caller to contact the Stations at the numbers below: KZMJ-FM: (844) 787-1945 KBFB-FM: (844) 787-1979
Online Registration: During the Online Entry Period, eligible participants may ONLY enter this Promotion online by registering through the KZMJ-FM website at www.majic945.com. Upon entering the Station’s website, participants should enter their contact information, as requested, for a chance to win. |
| Number of Entries: | On-Air Registration:
Participants may attempt to call the Stations as many times as they would like until they are selected as a winner, however participants may only be selected as a winner once through either KBFB-FM OR KZMJ-FM.
Online Registration: During the Online Entry Period, eligible participants may ONLY submit one (1) Entry via the KZMJ website at www.majic945.com |
| Number of Winners: | This Promotion has an overall total of two hundred (200) winners (the “Winners”).

| Winner Selection: | On-Air Winner Selection:
The Stations, in their sole discretion, shall randomly select a total of One Hundred Ninety (190) Winners during the On-Air Entry Period.
Online Winner Selection: KZMJ-FM shall randomly select ten (10) Winners throughout the Online Entry Period. A Station representative for KZMJ-FM shall contact the Winners via EMAIL, and they must respond to the initial communication within twenty-four (24) hours to claim the Prize.

| Prize (ARV): | This Promotion has one (1) prize. The Prize is one (1) gift card, valued at Two Hundred Dollars, to Dicks House of Sport

| Prize Claim: | Unless otherwise stated herein, all Winners must claim the Prize by attending the Get The Gift Shopping Spree (the “Winners’ Event”), which shall be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 8:00AM – 11:00AM CT, at a location to be disclosed to the Winners upon verification.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Failure to attend the Winners’ Event during the specified hours noted above shall result in forfeiture of the Prize. No substitute prizes will be given if any Winners are not available at the locations, dates, and times noted in the Official Rules for Prize redemption.
